I know its been a while since I’ve blogged but with the new year come new resolutions. I know everyone makes them yet there is little follow through. I’m not that different, I’ve come up with some resolutions of my own. One of them is to keep up with this blog. I also would like to lose some weight. I’m sure I’m not the only one making this resolution. I know from rehab to take things one day at a time and not to quit everything in one day. With that in mind I’m confiding in you to keep me motivate. Telling you about this just makes me more accountable for my actions from eating junk food to walking and exercising.
